  • Not with standing the general retention periods described above, all customer and service data stored within the RSoft Technologies platform is retained only until 14 days from the date of subscription expiry. Upon completion of this period, all customer data is permanently deleted from active systems and backups, and the data destruction process is irreversible. Data is automatically scheduled for deletion by default and cannot be retrieved once removed. This policy is implemented in alignment with data minimization and storage limitation principles and applies across all platform environments unless a longer retention period is required by law or contractually agreed in writing.

  • 8.3 Specific Retention Practices

  • We retain account information for the duration of your active subscription and delete it in accordance with our Platform Data Retention and Automatic Destruction Policy, unless longer retention is required by law. Service Data is retained while your subscription remains active and is deleted after subscription expiry, unless retention is required to comply with legal or contractual obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request removal, although certain contact details may be kept in suppression lists to ensure compliance with opt-out requests. Call recordings and communication data are retained according to configured retention settings, which are typically limited to a defined operational period.

  • You may request deletion or anonymization of your Personal Data at any time. Upon receiving a verified request, we will process the deletion unless retention is required for legal compliance, ongoing disputes, enforcement of contractual agreements, fraud prevention, or security investigations.
