IVR calling is not included by default. Existing IVR systems can be integrated, or a separate IVR plan may be provisioned.

WhatsApp Business API charges are billed directly by Meta to your registered business account.

SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice usage operate on a recharge-based consumption model.

Each user license includes 1 GB of storage (images and documents only, but does not include database records and call recordings).

R Dialer call recordings are retained for up to 90 days and are downloadable within the retention window.

Each plan has a minimum user requirement to ensure operational adoption. Essential starts at 5 users, Growth at 7 users, and Scale at 10 users, aligned with increasing organizational complexity.

Are WhatsApp and communication charges included?

No, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email, and Voice usage charges are not included in the platform subscription. These operate on a recharge or direct billing model through respective service providers.

Does the platform support multi-project management?
