Role Overview
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at RSoft, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software products. You will play a critical role in maintaining product quality before and after releases.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify issues early and ensure smooth product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Test web and mobile applications to ensure functional accuracy and stability
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and enhancements
Ensure quality standards are met before product releases
Support continuous improvement of testing processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
Ability to analyze requirements and identify edge cases
Attention to detail and structured testing approach
Familiarity with manual testing; automation knowledge is a plus
Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (Computer Science or IT background preferred)
0–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance (course completed for freshers)
