Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant at RSoft, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring successful deployment of our solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales implementation phase.
This role ensures customers are configured correctly, trained effectively, and ready to use the product with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and product implementation activities
Configure systems based on documented business requirements
Train customers on product usage, workflows, and best practices
Coordinate with sales, business analysts, and technical teams during implementation
Ensure timely go-live and smooth handover to support teams
Address implementation-related queries and challenges
Document implementation processes and customer configurations
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of business workflows and SaaS applications
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Organized approach to managing multiple implementations
Willingness to learn product functionality in depth
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (Business, IT, or related background preferred)
0–3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing roles
