Role Overview
As a Backend Software Engineer at RSoft, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable backend systems that power our SaaS products. Your work will ensure reliability, security, and performance across applications. You will collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using PHP and
Design and optimize databases, APIs, and server-side logic
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
Integrate third-party services and external APIs
Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers for seamless integration
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues
Participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of PHP and Laravel framework
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend architecture
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Problem-solving mindset and attention to clean, maintainable code
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate in Computer Science or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in backend development using PHP / Laravel
