Role Overview
As an Authorized Implementation Partner of RSoft, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting RSoft solutions for customers as a certified delivery partner. This role ensures customers receive high-quality implementations aligned with RSoft standards.
Partners act as an extension of RSoft’s delivery team and play a key role in customer success and regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Implement RSoft solutions for assigned customers as per defined standards
Configure systems based on approved requirements and best practices
Conduct customer training and onboarding sessions
Provide first-level post-implementation support when required
Coordinate with RSoft product and support teams for escalations
Ensure implementation quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
Maintain compliance with RSoft certification and delivery guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in software implementation or solution delivery
Strong understanding of business workflows and SaaS platforms
Ability to manage customer expectations and delivery timelines
Professional communication and documentation skills
Commitment to maintaining RSoft quality and compliance standards
Experience & Qualification
Company or individual with relevant software implementation experience
Certification from RSoft (mandatory before onboarding customers)
